1. All the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers in the State are requested to furnish the particulars of number of (a) Secondary Grade Teachers, School Assistants, Headmasters whose initial appointment in Government Schools prior to 20.11.1998 and
2. (b) Secondary Grade Teachers, School Assistants, Headmasters whose initial appointment in MPP/ZP Schools prior to 20.11.1998 immediately.
3. In this context, they are informed that where school complex HM & school HM is one and same, the first assistant & Head master of the complex school shall be kept as joint signatories for release of payments till the formation of new SMCs.
