Sub:NUEPA- Head masters Capacity building Training in Andhra Pradesh at all the districts in the month of November-intimation - Reg

                                It is informed that the National Centre for School Leadership (NCSL) established in the NUEPA, New Delhi under auspices of SSA and RMSA. Further NCSL has requested to organize a 10 day district level training to the Head masters of High schools. Accordingly the District level training to the Head Masters (50) who got “Poor Performance in SSC exams and ASS survey2015” has to be organized in the month of November 2015. 
                                    It is planned by NUEPA that in turn the Head Masters have to complete 2 months Project assignment in schools latest by the end of April 2016, followed by a review meeting. The total programme is planned for 1(one) year in which the trained HMs has to implement the programme as per the guidelines.

Therefore all the District Educational Officers in the state of Andhra Pradesh are requested to identify the Head Masters of High Schools which got "Poor Performance in SSC exams and ASS survey 2015" by following the criteria shown below Student performance Teacher performance Results based on AAS, SLAS & State tests Infrastructure facilities School development through SMC participation.
                        And submit the list of 50 HMs for the training programme to the under signed within 10 days and by mail to apscert@yahoo.com
