This System monitors the works from the Administrative sanction of work by respective authority, Technical sanction of Works, Agreements details, Schedules of Milestones, Physical progress, Payment authorization by the Department and release of payment to Agencies concerned. At all these stages the information and status of the work is made available.1. Details of schools uploaded the information on works monitoring system

The purpose of this web portal is to present a detailed description of the Works Monitoring System (WMS) developed for Department of School Education, Telangana State, by Center for Good Governance for monitoring the physical and financial progress to Works. This explains the purpose and features of the system, the interfaces of the system, what the system will do, the constraints under which it must operate. This document is intended for the stakeholders of the system. And to achieve the transparency and accountability in Department of School Education works efficiently and effectively, a monitoring and evaluation tool is very essential. This requirement has led to the development of the works monitoring system with focus on the following issues:-
1. The works from the Administrative sanction of work by respective authority,
2. Technical sanction of Works,
3. Agreements details,
4. Schedules of Milestones,
5. Physical progress,
6. Payment authorization by the Department and release of payment to Agencies concerned.
