It is informed that the selected Teachers and Donors list for "Sankalpam" Awards will be mailed by evening.

  The Programme will be conducted at " NAGAYYA KALA SKHETRAM " CHITTOOR by 2.00 P.M., on 15/09/2016 only Awardees are requested to attend the Programme.  Mandal Educational Officers informed the selected Teachers and donors about the schedule of the Programme. 

Guidelines for Selection of 5 Mandal Educational Officers per Division

 As per the instructions of the Hon’ble District Collector, Chittoor all the Deputy Educational Officers are requested to propose 5 Best Mandal Educational Officers of concerned division for Sankalapam Best Teacher Award.

Select the Mandal Educational Officers who achieved improvement of mandal Enrollment in primary and upper primary sections.

 Select the Mandal Educational Officers who achieved best performance in U-Dise and child info –Aadhar Uploading process.

 Select the Mandal Educational Officers who served for the best utilization of Mid Day Meal in Mandal. 

Select the Mandal Educational Officers whose mandals got best school grading in Summative III during 2015-16

 Select the Mandal Educational Officers who made more and effective visits & inspections from 01.10.2015 to 31.08.2016.

Select the Mandal Educational Officer who mobilized Public and Community for the welfare of the schools and collected Donations in the form of equipment/Infrastructure/other facilities for schools and children.

 Mandal Educational Officers who received “Sankalpam” awards in previous year are not eligible.
