TS Teachers Submit Annual Property Returns Form in Telangana as per RC 206

DSE Telangana has instructed to submit #APR from Who are working in Telangana High Teachers as School Assistant/ SA, PETs and Language Pandits / LP submit APR ( Annual Property Retuns ), Mandal Parishad Secondary Grade Teacher/ SGT to Submit Annual Property Returns before 10th Jan, 2017.

Sub:  School Education Department - Submission of Annual Property Return Statements - Instructions - Issued.

Read:- G.O.Ms.No. 52 GA(Ser.C) Dept dt. 4.2.1998.

It is informed that according to sub Rule 7 of rule 9 of TS CCS (Conduct Rules) 1964 every Government employee has to submit the Annual Property Statement Returns (APR) as per the proforma prescribed under the reference read above by 15th January of each year.

Therefore, all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers in the State are requested to obtain APRs from the Employees under their control by issuing necessary instructions to their subordinate officers and submit compliance by 10th January 2017.

Further, the Additional Directors of School Education / Regional Joint Directors of School Education / Joint Directors of School Education / Principals of IASE/CTE and DIET/ District Educational Officers / Professors of IASE Et SCERT are requested to submit annual property returns to the Director of School Education, TS, Hyderabad.

The Assistant Director (Finance) / Estt- Section / Ser.II - Section of this office are also instructed to obtain the APRs from all the staff concerned.


The Director, SCERT, Hyderabad is requested to issue necessary instructions to the staff of his office in the matter. They are also requested to follow the instructions scrupulously and any deviation in the matter shall be viewed seriously and action will be initiated against them as per the rules.Above mentioned order and proformas has been sent to all the schools and the Officials should obtain the Annual Property Statement Returns (APR) of the every Government employee by 5th January 2017 and submit to the DEOs on or before 10th January 2017.

Note:  
Value of Bonds / shares / Debentures as per the latest market value in Stock Exchange in respect of listed companies and as per books in the case of non listed companies should be given.
* Dependant here means a person substantially dependent on the income of the employee.
