2.DISPLAYING OF 8YEARS COMPLETED,CLEAR VACANCIES,RATIONALIZATION PLACE:12-8-2015
3.ONLINE APPLICATION IN OFFICIAL WEBSITE #cseap.gov.in :16-8-2015 to 18-8-2015
CONFORMATION PASSWORDS WILL BE COME TO TEACHERS (OTP)
4.ALLOTTEMENT OF NEW SCHOOL/OLD SCHOOL:28-8-2015 TO 3-9-2015

Stage-I
This Process involves much Human Interavention and lead to
errours in some cases
The Teachers were made to want long hours at venu and were
even mark to wait till late night
As errors were to be sorted out on the spot which needed re
generation of seniority list(Based on Entitlement Points)
It is a continuous process as the Counselling has to be
completed within the schedule
Even after excersing the option for transfers the teacher
wre made to want till the completion of the counselling for that particular
post
Based on the option execercised by the teacher, the transfer
orders were generated.
Stage-II
Submit the applications with necessary enclosures to the
Concerned MEO for confrmation
MEO/DEO will confirm the application form basing on the
Seniority lsit.
Stage-III
Seniority List will be Generated on each category of the
post basing on the Entitlement Points
Display of the Seniority list will be placed in the web as
per the schedule given
Confirmation in this regard will be obtained from the
applicants for allowing them to web options
Stage-IV
Conformation given in this regard will be final and no
further correspondenc will be allowed
The Vacancies of the confimation applicatnts will be
displayed in the list of vaciences to be filled in the transfer counseling.
Stage-V

submission of Preferences for Transfers
Then the applicants then will login with reference ID,
Treasury Code and One Time Passwardreceived in his /her mobile
The list of disricts will be displayed on the screen
Select the Mandal within the District into which you wish to
seek Transfer the list of Vacancies in those Mandals will be displayed
Follow the "On Screen" instructions and messages
that are given during the course of selections of your preferences
Before processing the submit button please check throughly
the preferences submitted
The Teachers who completed 8 Years of service at one place
& the teacher effected by rationlization has to choose all available
vacancies in the available list
The teacher who willing to transfers has to choose his
present working place is one of the option
After submission of preferences download the PDF of
submitted preferences and read tbe Declaration and Disclaimers.
Stage-VI
Each Candidate will be allowed edit the preferences
submitted by the them for two times
Trnsfers will be made exclusively in the order of seniority
and the entitlement points awarded
No complaints shall be entertained once application is
submitted.
