a) Employees who opt to remain in the Revised Pay Scales, 2010;
3.144% DA has been granted for A.P Employees and Pensioners from 1st January 2015 (01.01.2015).
This 3.144% New D.A will be applicable from 01.01.2015. A.P Govt has released New D.A G.O.MS.No.18 Dated 10.02.2016 for the its employees and Pensioners D.R (Dearness Relief) G.O will soon be release.
NEW DA IS APPLICABLE TO:
(a) all employees of the State Government;
(b) employees of the Local Bodies and Aided Institutions including Aided Polytechnics, in respect of those drawing pay in a regular pay scale in the Revised Pay Scales, 2015; and
(c) the Work-charged establishment in respect of those drawing pay in regular pay scale in the Revised Pay Scales of 2015
NEW DA IS NOT APPLICABLE TO:
(b) Teachers working in the Universities, Affiliated Degree Colleges both under Government and Aided managements who are drawing pay in
the Revised UGC/ICAR/AICTE Pay Scales; and
(c) Officers belonging to All India Services Government also hereby order revision of the Dearness Allowance rates in respect of State Government employees drawing the Revised U.G.C Pay Scales, 2006, from 107% to 113% of the basic pay with effect from 1st of January 2015.

The new DA @ 12.052% GO.18 has been placed in the AP Government official website http://goir.ap.gov.in. . While downloading the Go Ms No:18 Dt:10/02/2016 is completely the blank word file except the abstract of the GO.18 .
There is no complete information regarding the Dearness Allowance(DA) to the PF/GPF adjustment details. Hence, AP Govt Employees need to wait some more days for complete information regarding the Go Ms No:18 Dt:10/02/2016.
