1.Log in to www.bseap.org
2.Click ‘SSC 2017 Online Application Form’ from quick links
3.Download ‘Instructions for online Application’ and go through the instructions.
4.Click the mapping button and enter your School ‘U-DISE Code’ and ‘School Code’ to map the data
5.Press ‘Submit’ button

6.District name, school name and students’ details will be displayed7.If the above details are correct, press ‘confirm’ button for Registration.

HOW TO MAKE MAP YOUR SCHOOL SSC CODE TO SCHOOL U-DISE CODE
1.Enter dise code, school code
2.Click on submit button.
3.Please check Your School Name and below listed Candidate details carefully.
4.Once okay with appearing data click on Confirm button and submit the Candidate details to login with the help of school code and password.
10.After editing, take the print out of all the individual students’ Registration Forms in duplicate.
11.Handover the Application Forms to the Class Teachers concerned for verification of all the details and carry out correction, if any.
12.Tally the uploaded Photo and signature with the Photo and signature of the student obtain the signatures of the students and the HM as acknowledgement for verification.
13.Finally press ‘Confirm’ button
14.The last date for uploading is 03-12-2016.
