APSAMS – AP Degree Colleges Admissions for 2019-2020 Academic Year in Andhra Pradesh Student Academic Management System
Collegiate Education created a portal in the name of Andhra Pradesh Student Academic Management System (APSAMS) for online admissions.

6.Caste Certificate issued by MRO (in case of SC, ST, BC)

9.NCC certificates (if applicable)
10.Sports certificates (if applicable)
11.Physically Challenged Certificate (if applicable)
12.Aadhar Card Xerox Copy
13.Anti Ragging/Under taking form
14.Parents declaration form for SC/ST fee reimbursement
15.Two Passport size Photos
Admission Procedure:
➤Applicant produces the all-relevant certificates in duplicate and also original certificates for verification at selected college.
➤Selected applicants to take the intimation letter to selected college and pay the fee and get the admission.
Intimation:
A sample intimation letter has been shown down here. It can be downloaded by individual applicants from the website of Higher Education Department.
Intimation for e-Admission will be communicated through following five modes:
1.E-mail
2.SMS
3.Also college notice board.
Principals of Selection Procedure:
Eligibility:
➤The minimum eligibility for admission to +3 classes shall be a pass in Intermediate / Board of Secondary Education, AP or equivalent.
➤Admission into various Streams & Colleges shall be done strictly on the basis of merit.
➤Marks secured at the Intermediate/ Board of Intermediate Examination out of the Total Marks, Reservation (if applicable) will be taken into consideration in preparing the merit list.
➤Any applicant, if selected, will be given only one confirmed seat according to her/his choice of preferences in CAF in the intimation letter after 1st selection.
Fee Structure of Application:
The applicant will pay Rs 177/- per application in Meeseva
Important Points Of AP Online Degree Admissions In APSAMS
- The students should apply through Mee Seva centres by paying an amount of Rs 50.
- The students can opt five colleges with their interested courses and the students
- After getting admission should pay an amount of Rs 100 in two installments as service charges.
- Online admission system came into force from May 5th 2019
Last date for submission of online applications is May 25th 2019. - The first list of selected candidates will be announced on May 29 and they should pay the fee before May 31 in the colleges.
- The second list will be announced on June 3 and the candidates advised to pay college fee before June 5 in the respective colleges.
- From May 10, spot admissions will be commenced and the government also starts a portal for students in the first week of June
- They are supposed to submit their applications before June second week for admission into colleges.

- Enter Your Intermediate / (+2) Hallticket Number.
- Intermediate Year of Passing.
- Select Your Date of Birth.
- Enter Your Full Name as in SSC Certificate.
- Enter Your Correct Mobile Number (For Registered number you will   get updates through message.) and click on OTP
- Enter OTP
- Click on Create Account.
