2.Enter Your Treasury Id : Ex:1155054
3.Then Below Options will be Displayed.

1.     Option Form
2.     Appendix-I
3.     Appendix-II
4.     Fixation Arrears
5.     Bill Preparation
6.     Proceedings

4.Click On Appendix-II and Take printout for bill attachment purpose.
5.Click On Fixation Arrears Tab then Save it and finally Take  printout for bill attachment purpose.
6.Then Download AP PRC 2015 Arrears Software File From this Link.{Click On Link}
7.Then Enter Employee Details (Shown In Data Sheet)
8.Enter Basic Pay,DA,HRA And Gross as well as CPS (10% Of {Basic Pay +DA}) For Every month as per Cir.Memo.No. FIN02-18023/3/2018-H-Sec –DTA of The DTA, Amaravathi dated: 03-08-2018.
9.Then Download total 3 months bill.[TOTAL 10 MONTHS PRC 2015 ARREARS PART-II  for period 02-06-2014 to 28-02-2015 (Details as Per PRC 2015 Fixation Sheet)} 
10.Prepare 10% CPS Bill.
11.Download Copy of 1st Installment, 2nd Installment, 3rd Installment sheets AS PER GO.MS.NO.98 DATED:26.06.2018 90% CASH Shall Be Paid In 3 Installments.
12.Download INNER SHEET FOR PRC ARREARS 2015.
13.Download DDO Proceedings (Change Details as per your School Information).
14.Prepare and Submit every single employee separately bill in NHRMS Section In AP Treasury website.
15.Then Conform bill in AP CFMS Website and attach required Certificates ( List enclosed Here)
