To begin with, All Teachers (SGTs, School Assistants, Language Pandits, Head Masters) have to download the list of clear vacancies that are available Mandal wise, district wise, category wise and post wise from the school education official website for AP Teachers Transfers Web Counselling
1.Our Teachers have to log in to the official AP School Education transfers website and have to click on the link ‘Submission of Preferences for Transfers’.
2.list of district wise vacancies will be displayed on the screen. Select the districts into which you wish to seek transfer. The list of clear vacancies of all schools primary, upper primary, and high schools in this districts will be displayed.
3.then Follow the ‘On Screen’ instructions and messages that are given during the course of selection of your preferences for vacancies.
4.Before pressing the ‘Submit’ button please check thoroughly the preferences you have submitted. It is said the one teacher can submit 99 preference through web based counselling, but it not yet finalized.
5. After submission of preferences of vacancies download the PDF of submitted preferences and read the Declaration and Disclaimers.
6. Every Teacher will likely be allowed to edit the preferences submitted by him/her for two times on the given schedule. This is only expectation and not finalized yet. Updated information will only be known after the official Transfers guidelines are released.
7. Submission of preferences through Web Based Selection is not the end of transfer procedure. It is only registration for transfers. Transfers will be made exclusively in the sequence of availability of vacancies.
8. Then There is no limit to the number of preferences to be given. The chances of transfer will be more if the number of preferences submitted is more. But allotment of place will be made as per points that the teacher can get from his seniority, number of years served Extra. All the Teachers who have submitted preferences may not be transferred.
9. If a teacher is provisionally allotted a vacancy, then he/she will be sent SMS on their mobile number. They have to Download the Provisional Transfer Order from the website.
10. Final Transfer Order will be issued after verification of vacancies at the mandal level office which the candidate allotted for transfer on the dates given on the Provisional Transfer Letter.
